The tenants agree to the following conditions:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. We accept Visa, MC, Interac, cash or cheque. The balance amount is due upon arrival. 
• A fully-refundable security / damage deposit of $ 400.00 is also required upon arrival. The security / damage deposit will be refunded the week after your stay, after a complete positive inspection has been made. 
• To leave the chalet, at departure time, in the same condition as you found it on your arrival. 
• No smoking inside the chalet (fees for cleaning is $ 200.00) 
• Pets allowed with restriction. 
• The arrival time for 5:00 PM and the time of departure no later than noon.
• Observe the fire ban posted by the Municipality. 
• Swimming and boating is at your own risk and responsibility. Parents are responsible for their children's safety. There are NO lifeguards at any time of the season. Life jackets are not provided. 
• Quiet hour must be observed from 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM. 
• Bed Linen and Towels are provided. Beach Towels are not provided. 
• Cancellation policy; If you cancel a reservation 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, minus a $ 100.00 administration fee. If you cancel a reservation within 29 days of the arrival date, your deposit will NOT be refunded. 
• Rates may change without notice.

Cancellation 1 week prior to your arrival and No Show , the full rental amount will be charged
